PLEASE HELP COUSIN JOHN

Hi this is Jesse and Johanna, We went to see him today in Bega hospital. Things are quite dire at this time for John and Chrissy and their 4 kids. John did a roughly 90 hr week (yes you read that right- times are hard) then went for a bike race and it appears may have blacked out with exhaustion. Woke up with a broken/mashed hand requiring surgery, broken/punctured ribs and a multiple knee tear requiring surgery and possible months of physio.

Under heavy influence of drugs, barely keeping his eyes open, he was consistently voicing his worry of the future and how he and Chrissy will provide. While I reassured him it wasn't the time to be thinking of such things (he is waiting for surgery as i write this), I imagine with 4 kids its hard not too. Can you help these super parents survive the next few months ?
