Please help Courtney get through this

Hey guys my names Courtney and I have been involved in a couple of accidents that have been no fault of my own resulting in my right femur and tibia, right clavicle, left jaw, both wrist and my right hand have to be held together by surgical steel…

due to this I’m incapable of working which has caused a major impact on my personal life… I’m struggling to pay my rent and get around to hospital appointments. I’m not usually one to ask for help but at this point in life I’m not sure what else to do…. My mental health has taken a massive decline and Im due to have more surgery on my femur as it’s not healing also having to have a plate removed on my right wrist as the plate is about to poke through the skin so my physical health is no good as well.
