Please help Christopher & Eric from the devastating LA Fires

My name is Jerry, and my dear friends, Christopher and Eric, whom I've known for 30 years, have been tragically impacted by the horrific Los Angeles fires. Thankfully, they are safe, but their house was completely destroyed. The life of their loving next door neighbor, Betty, who was like a second mother to them, was tragically lost. Their entire community was devastated as neighbors fleeing the fire suffered critical burns and broken legs. This was their “forever” home where they had lived for the last 25 years, where they had created such fond memories of happy times with family and friends.

Since they were out of town when the fire took their home, they had no chance to retrieve anything. They lost everything–all their clothes, home furnishings, cars, family photos, irreplaceable family treasures and sentimental items from their lost parents. All just gone. This type of loss is incomprehensible and emotionally devastating. They are currently displaced and have not yet found a rental home to start rebuilding their lives.

No amount of money could ever replace their loved-one next door or the memories they have created over the 25 years in their home, but I hope to help them rebuild their lives after such a tragic and unexpected loss with some funds for the following:
