Help Chella Rest In Peace and Her Kids Stay Well
Donation protected
Our family is trying to raise funds following the unexpected passing of Chella Boyd: a loving mother of two young kids, a wife of over twenty years, and a friend to all. She was 48.
Three years ago, Chella was diagnosed with the very rare inflammatory disease called Sarcoidosis. This condition creates large abnormal growths on various organs in the body and can lead to severe organ damage. In Chella’s case, the growths focused on her liver and kidneys, causing her to quickly fall into liver failure. We attempted to start the process for transplant, but unfortunately the disease took over far too fast.
We are looking to raise funds for her husband and her two young kids, a 16-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter. With rising medical bills and the effects of the pandemic, funds have already been extremely tight this year. Now, with Chella’s sudden passing, we are hoping that financial woes can be calmed in this time of grief with the help of others. Her kids and husband are experiencing such a devastating loss and we as their family hope to ease their pain in any way possible.
If you are at all in the position to donate, we would very deeply appreciate it, any amount helps. No one should have to suffer the loss of a mother, a wife, a daughter, or anyone at such a young age, so we are hoping that people are sympathetic to our cause.
