Chanel Mothersille is a beautiful young 27-year-old nursing student, who touches the lives of all of the people she comes in contact with. On May 7, 2022, Chanel went jet skiing with her friends and unfortunately ended up breaking her femur. After arriving at her local hospital Emergency Room, her medical team noticed a tumor on her knee. They immediately did a biopsy and the results showed that Chanel, in fact, had osteosarcoma, which is a rare form of bone cancer.

This news is devastating to all of Chanel's family, friends, and work/school colleagues. The treatment that Chanel needs to endure on a regular basis is chemotherapy and physical therapy. Without having health insurance, the fight seems unsurmountable for Chanel.

Chanel is currently in her third semester of nursing school, we all hope we can raise the funds needed for Chanel to not only be well, but return back to school in August, so she can continue caring for her patients.
