Please help Chance Thompson with medical expenses
Donation protected
On Thursday, June 23rd Chance
Thompson was walking home from a
doctor's appointment on Old Tavern
Road near the intersection of
Racebrook Road and Boston Post Road in Orange, CT when she was struck
by a car.She was rushed to Yale New
Haven Hospital where she's fighting for her life. Chance has many injuries and will have a long road ahead of her. She suffers from a broken arm, leg, pelvis,
shoulder and her orbital bone is broke
in several places. Her right leg and hip were also dislocated. Not only is her
brain bleeding she needed emergency
surgery to remove a portion of her skull so that her brain has room to swell. At
this time it is unknown how much
damage has been done to her brain. She has a breathing and feeding tube and is sedated.Chance has already
been through so much and still has a
long road a head of her. She will need many surgeries and will eventually
need to be in rehab. Chance just
completed her freshman year at ESCU and was looking forward to spending
time with her mother Misty Thompson and being a camp counselor this
summer. She loves to read, spending time with her friends and family and being part of the board of
directors for the Orange Historical
Society. Please help us raise money to help with medical
expenses and anything Chance will
need in the future if you can't donate
please share and say a prayer.
Thank you in advance for all the
donations,shares and prayers.
