Cathy Reid-Mom to Norm Saunders

***Updated June 9*** Cathy's son, Norman Saunders,  passed away on the evening of June 3, 2018.  He was driving his mom's car and became involved in a car accident on the Inland Island Highway near Qualicum beach. I didn't know Norman as an adult but Cathy was my best friend in high school so her friends have asked me to do this fund and I'm happy to do that for her. Those that have stayed in touch with Cathy over all these years would tell you that she's strong. She helps others and never asks for help for herself. She once drove hundreds of miles just to help a friend in need. No one asked her to do it. She just did. Those that know her well would call her a fighter. But right now she needs others to fight for her. She is devastated and needs time to mourn this terrible loss. She'll need to replace her car and have income for a few months while she takes care of herself. Please help by sharing what you can. Every dollar will help.
