Please help Cathy realize her Airbnb project

Hello there. I know a lot of folks have had a really hard time this year. However, I know that my friends and family are truly kind and generous people who would give me help if I ever asked for it. In fact, some of you have reached out to me this past year and I always said I was fine when I really wasn't. 
I am asking you to give me a hand in realizing a project that I have had on the back burner since 2017 when I closed down my school.
