Please help Carlita Smith finish medical school

Hello, my name is Carlita Smith, I'm 23 years old and I have just finished my 2nd year of medical school at the University of Buckingham. Getting into medical school has been a lengthy and challenging process for me, but a dream that I have had for years now. Through perseverance, prayers and grit, I have been able to bounce back from my challenges and make it to this point half way through my course, where I now have 2.5 years left.

However... I have encountered another bump in the road that threatens me being able to complete this dream... finances.

With this being my 2nd undergraduate degree and my degree course being at a privately funded university, the help that usually exists for students like myself that do not come from an affluent background has been minimal to none, whilst the fees are even larger than at all the other UK medical schools.

Unfortunately, this has led to me having great difficulty in funding my course, greatly exacerbated by the financial challlenges of COVID-19 over the last 2 years. If I am unable to raise sufficient funds in the immediate future, I will be forced to throw away the last 2 years of study and abandon my dream.

Therefore I'm asking you, please help me not to allow finances to become the barrier between not only me reaching my dream career, but me being able to one day help so many others in this incredible profession.

1 year of my uni course costs £38,000. Therefore, I am kindly asking for any donations to help me reach £40,000 to cover the cost of my remaining fees for year 2 and the first installment of year 3, this would help to keep me on the course and keep my dream going.
