Please help. My spouse (Tiffiney) has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, Famular ALS. In the short time of a year she has become fully paralyzed with only head movement. We are lip reading to communicate. She has a trakeostomy and a feeding tube in the stomach. Which is assisting her major functions. She has been at a medical facility and I need to get her home.

I'm raising this money to pay for needed at home skilled nursing and future bills. Being bedridden and on life support medical devices. It's very expensive to pay for the skilled nursing alone. With it costing 40 to 50 dollars an hour. Even at 40 dollars an hour its expected to cost 6,500 a month. That doesn't include the electricity for the mechines, the unforseen items need to make home safe (like a generator), and all the normal home items that will double (diapers, wipes, wash loads).

She has not been home for over 6 months. In and out of hospitals and facilities. She needs to get back home to her family and her family needs her home. Our 8 year old daughter needs her home. In order to make that happen I need to be able to giving her a safe environment and care at home. I am failing as her spouse and a father. Trying to keep my family together and safe. PLEASE, any help is greatly appreciated.

12/13/24 Update. We have made it threw another hospital stay and made it to a facility closer to home. Case management already trying to talk about discharge. We have another treatment today and hopefully all goes well. Any help towards our goal is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

12/16/24 Update: Well treatment didn't happen. During transport the ambulance nurse felt we needed to go to the ER. So we are at the hospital again. Being treated for infection. Thank you to everyone.! We are on our way to our goal. HOME.
