Please help bring Kim home

My dear friend Kim McCarthy passed away unexpectedly on March 18, while on a vacation to Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Kim was an amazing daughter, sister, friend and nurse. She was a primary caregiver to her elderly father, who has been ill for the past several years.
To know her was to love her. She was happiest while sitting on a beach or at a country music show.
Due to the unexpected nature of her passing, and the current international health crisis, getting Kim's remains back to the United States is proving to be an extreme emotional and financial burden.
At this time, commercial flights are no longer transporting remains out of Jamaica, so the only option at this time is a private charter. The cost of a charter averages approximately $15,000, added to that will be funeral expenses when she returns home. As you may imagine, that is causing a significant financial strain on her parents, in a time where they are already struggling with the passing of their daughter.
Any gift you could give, would be more than appreciated and will go towards transportation and funeral expenses. If there are any remaining funds after expenses are paid, they will go to her mother Anne McCarthy to assist in the care of her husband Roger.
Kim's family and friends thank all of those who have already reached out to offer assistance.
