Hello, for those who don’t know me, I have a beautiful cat named Blue who has been my pride and joy for the last 3 years. I adopted her when she was 6 years old and she has not left my side ever since.

Recently, she’s been experiencing some health problems which ultimately led her to the emergency vet late Friday night on 4/24. After 12 hours of extensive tests and ultrasounds, they found a mass in her intestines which points in the direction of a tumor. Unfortunately the vet was unable to get a clear diagnosis so the next step would be for her to get surgery. The plan is for the veterinary surgeon to remove the infected part of her intestines and send it for a biopsy to diagnose whether the mass is cancerous and to see if any of her other organs have been affected.

With that being said, the combination of vet bills and medication that she’s been on, has taken a huge financial toll on our family. We love Blue so much and it pains us to see her suffering like this. Blue is the sweetest and most loving cat that brings a smile to everyone around her so we want to try to help her in any way possible.
