Thank you for taking the time to read this GoFundMe. BJ Vann had an unexpected heart attack the night of February 8th, 2021. Nightingale flew her to the Norfolk Heart Hospital where she immediately went into the cath lab (Cardiac catheterization) were cardiologist were able to determine she had a 100% heart block in one of her arteries. Partial block in another. A stent was placed in the artery that was completely blocked. BJ is in ICU waiting to find out more information about how this will effect her immediate future. 

BJ will be out of work for a little while. BJ’s place of employment does not offer sick time. We, as her family, would like to help ease the burden of financial worry,  so that she can focus more on rest and recovery. Please consider donating even the smallest amount.
