I’m sure most of you know my dear friend Beata Stasiak, either personally or as a creative spice and tea maker from Dandelion Kitchen. Unfortunately, this past week, her childhood home in Poland has tragically been destroyed in a house fire. Thankfully, her entire family, that has resided in the house for the past three generations, escaped unharmed. However, the damage done to the years of memories and love held within its walls has been done.
