Please help Bear! He needs emergency surgery!

Hello, my name is Vanessa. My wonderful neighbors dog Bear got out of their friends house while they were visiting and was lost for over 3 days. They found him, but unfortunately he was stuck by a car which fractured his pelvis in 3 places. He needs surgery to repair the fractures that will cost over $10,000.00 plus the emergency vet bills which they can not afford. Poor Bear is only 3 year olds. My neighbors are the most amazing people and their beloved Bear is the sweetest boy! Their entire family has been completely devastated by this tragedy. Their children are crushed, we are all heartbroken. Anything would help and be greatly appreciated beyond words!
