Our mom is a Nurse at Kit Carson, and her work has been hit hard with COVID 19. She tested positive on 7/22 and a week later her husband also tested positive. We had to make a very difficult call to 911 to send her by ambulance to the hospital 10 days after she tested due to difficulty breathing. She became so weak and struggled with her oxygen they had to transport her to one of the ICU units in Roseville. where she spent the first 9 days in ICU fighting for her life. She developed COVID pneumonia in both lungs.  She is still in the hospital hoping to get released mid-week next week. But she still has a very long road ahead of her to get back to normal. She will be coming home with oxygen. We are very thankful our Dad only got a mild case of it. She has had an enormous amount of support sending her prayers every day!

We are looking for any support for them as she is the sole worker for her and our dad and she will be off work for a while to recover. Our Dad will be taking care of her during her recovery. She has accrued a HUGE hospital bill.  Any support for them is very much appreciated to help cover any medical expenses, bills, and food costs.
