Please Help Baby Sebastian to Breathe Better

Hello.

This is Baby Sebastian. My cousin's son.
I call him my nephew because my cousin is like a brother to me.
He lives in Guayaquil, Ecuador with his parents and family.

You see, Baby Sebastian was born with Pulmonary Agenesis of the right lung, an inborn lung that is underdeveloped which is rare and potentially lethal.
Since he only has this one fully functioning lung, the smallest of colds or any virus will most likely land him in the hospital for a month or even several months at a time.

On top of that, he also suffers from Pectus excavatum which is a malformity of the chest wall. Instead of growing outward as ours does, it grows inwards like it's caved in.

This can also pose a problem in the future as an adult because it can affect how he breathes and also his heart could be vulnerable to impacts.
Fortunately, this is treatable through a Non-Surgical option.
Using a medical device called a Vacuum Bell.

How Does it Work?
The Vacuum Bell acts as a suction cup that lifts the sunken chest. Vacuum bell therapy slowly corrects the pectus excavatum. For the therapy to be successful, the child will need to wear the vacuum bell over a long period of time. This can be for one to two years. The vacuum bell can be an effective non-invasive option for the treatment of pectus excavatum.

Baby Sebastian was just discharged this past week after spending almost a month in the hospital for a respiratory issue.
Unfortunately, his family isn't in the best position financially to really do anything to help him get the treatments and therapies he needs so that's why I set this GoFundMe up for them.

Above is a photo of the medical appointments Baby Sebastian needs after his recent month-long stay in the hospital.
He also needs a portable oxygen tank, an oxygen monitor, and a monitor for suction.
All of which are not covered by any insurance.
Also, my cousin had to stop working so now they have to raise their 2 children at home on 1 income only.
Which is extremely hard in a country that only pays once a month.

So please, if you can find it in your hearts to donate even $1, that can bring them closer to their goal of being able to get him the treatment and therapy he needs to live a healthy life as a child and later on as an adult.

Thank you so much
