Hi, my name is Vanessa and I am raising money for Jaali’s baby and her partner Blayne on behalf of our family.

Jaali Brayden Sutherland- Weenie passed away at just 24 years old and now her baby is left without her mom. Jaali went in to have her baby and unknown complications led to her death on April 26, 2026.

Jaali was 24 years old and was born and raised in Saskatchewan. She had worked so hard to receive her Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work degree this year, she was having a baby with the love of her life Blayne and was looking forward to possibly getting married in Mexico. Jaali was most excited to become a mom and was 36 weeks pregnant. Her life was just beginning.

On April 26, 2026 Jaali’s baby girl took her first breath and Jaali took her last breath. A new life came into this world as her mothers ended. We would love any financial support to help with the cost of raising a baby without her mother.

Blayne is facing the tremendous burden of having lost the love of his life and the financial burden of needing to take time away from work to care for and raise their baby girl on his own.

Please help in any way so that Blayne and their baby girl can spend the time together while she is in the NICU and hospital, to help with what they need now and for baby’s future.
