I since then inquired the authenticity, did my research and Sadly it was real. Baby Maganda was born with a Congenital defect from birth. In his case, (Imperforate Anus). Born without an Anus. And suffers from heart disease. Congenial anomalies are a major cause of infant deaths. Especially in less developed countries. In his case, born in Uganda.

For Maganda to survive this, he will need to undergo a series of surgeries. As it stands, the doctors can’t do much for him because he needs to gain weight to sustain the surgery. At 1 month old, Maganda was confirmed malnourished. He was born to a single mother who stays in the village and not able to supply breast milk because she herself is malnourished. Baby Maganda needs baby formula to gain that required weight, but the mother can’t provide.

Please Please Please… they both need your support. Maganda is only one month old, but he is a fighter! Even in the presence of poverty, no food to sustain his strength, no comfortable bed to lie on, no good cloth to be clothed with, no father to support him, HE STRUGGLES TO BE ALIVE AND NOT GIVE UP. He needs someone to believe in his ability to fight this painful early stage of life. Please contribute to support him financially so he can survive and grow up to be a testimony of human kindness.
