Please help baby Felix

Hi my name is Brie.

Just over two months ago my partner and I adopted the sweetest little grey tabby cat, Felix. He had already gone through so much after being saved from the hurricanes in Puerto Rico. We were so happy to give him a loving home.

Over the course of the last couple days his health has rapidly declined.

Today we were notified that they found a mass in his abdomen. We are unsure of the severity of the mass (which could potentially be late stage lymphoma), however the veterinarian told us we needed to undergo intense surgery to try and remove it.

Our sweet baby is only 9 months old and has such a bright future ahead of him with his loving family.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are struggling financially and we don't want to have to say goodbye to our little guy. Altogether this has been heartbreaking.

UPDATE: Thank you so much to everyone who donated. It means more than words can express to me and my family. You all made it possible to give Felix a fighting chance and get the surgery he needed. Unfortunately today they informed us that the cancer had spread too far and the surgery was unsuccessful. We had to say goodbye to our handsome little boy. He was abundantly loved and will be forever missed. We did everything we could. RIP Felix
