My name is Franz and I am fundraising for my mentee, Ayaka, for whom I'd like to help pay for her $3000 Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for this upcoming year. This is the service that plays the key role in the famous match that medical students and preliminary residents have to go through.

Ayaka has demonstrated herself to be meticulous, caring, and conscientious. This year, she faced difficulty with some bureaucratic issues that left her in a position where despite her hard work, she has not been able to be paid!!!

As a resident, the everyday is hard enough taking care of patients and studying all while trying to maintain some semblance of a life. She has shined through and demonstrated an enormous amount of perseverance.
