Please help Asher’s Emergency Vet Fund❤️

Hello everyone,

I have started a GoFundMe for my dog Asher. He is my 4 year old Corgi who is full of life, my best friend and also my silly little ham. Very recently Asher had suddenly been throwing up with blood in his vomit and having bloody stools. I took him to the ER Vet hospital to get checked out. After tests and abdominal X-Rays were performed, the results showed no evidence of obstruction. However, The ER Doctor stated that Asher will need to have an Endoscopy procedure performed to better clarify if there are any foreign material in his stomach. I decided yes to go through with the Endoscopy procedure for Asher. In the middle of the procedure, the ER doctor informed me that they found nothing abnormal in his stomach. Although the GI mucosa (tissue which lines the GI tract) was inflamed with multiple sites of ulceration and bleeding in his GI tract. The Doctor took multiple tissue samples (Biopsies) as the ulceration and bleeding could be a cause for a chronic GI condition or a sign of cancer. The cost for the treatments Asher has been receiving, including the Endoscopy procedure and biopsy so far has exceeded over $5,000. However, there could be more added if the results from the biopsy come back positive for chronic GI condition or worse. Financially, there should never be any issues when it comes to our fur babies. But due to unforeseen circumstances within the last month, it has come down to some financial disputes. I was involved in a car accident (not my fault) unfortunately which led to my car being deemed a total loss and having to purchase a new vehicle. It hasn’t been an easy road financially, especially with the unexpected situation with Asher. Any little bit is very much appreciated towards Asher’s GoFundMe.❤️
