Please Help Ann Marie Jackson Fight Crohn's Disease

Hello, my name is Ann Marie Jackson, and I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart. I’m 23 years old and have been battling severe illness for the past three years. What began with relentless abdominal pain and rapid weight loss—dropping from 130 lbs to just 60 lbs—has culminated in a diagnosis of Chronic Crohn's Disease, which took two and a half years of exhausting tests, doctor visits, and procedures to confirm.

Recently, my situation took another turn for the worse when two lumps were discovered in my stomach. I now face the daunting reality of undergoing major surgery to have them removed. The pain and weakness from my illness have left me unable to work, and despite the incredible support from my family and friends, we have reached the limit of our resources.

Unfortunately, I don’t have medical insurance, and the cost of this essential surgery is one million Jamaican dollars. On top of that, I need additional financial help to cover other medical expenses that have arisen from my condition.
