My Mother and I were some of the people affected by the Eaton Cayon Fires. My Mother has been a resident in the Altadena area for over 25 years and still currently lived in her home in Altadena. When the fire broke out she left with basically the clothes on her back, leaving behind all she knew. Like many others she worked very hard and was very proud of her accomplishment of homeownership. This was our families home for many years and it was build off blood, sweat, and tears. Overnight everything me and my family knew is gone. My mother is very kind and always lent a helping hand, so during this devastating time, I'm asking for any bit of assistance as we begin to put back together the pieces.
