Please help Alicia and Tim thru medical and financial crisis

Hello my name is Timothy Sikorski, my fiancee is Alicia Babcock. We are in a very difficult spot financially due to medical conditions she has been struggling with. Alicia is pregnant and carrying our newest addition to our family, Baby Charlotte. Throughout her pregnancy, she has been diagnosed with a serious and rare neurologic condition called Pudendal neuralgia. The doctors also located a very large, peach sized cyst on her spinal cord, which is continuing to grow, as well as multiple slipped and bulging discs that are touching her nerve roots. These conditions have been very difficult for her to deal with and have left her in a very extreme amount of pain. We have been working to do our best to provide for our family, but as the baby grows and she gains more weight, it has put such a strain on her back and pelvis that she is now at a point where she can no longer walk or do anything for herself. She was recently hospitalized for a little over a week, they just allowed her to come home where she is more comfortable. They sent her home with a walker to help her get around but she is in so much constant pain that she has a hard time even getting back and forth to the bathroom, let alone any other daily living tasks. Her conditions require surgery but she has to wait until the baby is born for the doctors to take any action to help her with these conditons. She is at 8 months and we still have another 4 weeks to go. In her current condition, she requires my help day and night, and I cannot leave her side to go and work. We are struggling to be able to buy clothes for school for our daughter Ava, and are worried about saving money for our newest addition to help to pay for diapers and essentials for her. We are also behind on our rent. We have been very blessed as Alicia's mother has been amazing in helping us as much as she can. She is a very strong and supportive woman and has been there to keep us on our feet throughout this difficult time. We cannot express our love and gratitude enough for everything she has done. We are needing to try to get caught up with returning the financial support she has shown and come up with some funds to help with our rent going forward, which is $1200 a month, to relieve some of the financial burden she has taken on. We are struggling with several other things as well, including keeping our lights on, owing a past due amount of $1,000, paying out of pocket for medications for Alicia's condition that our insurance will not cover, which are approximately $300 per month, and trying to get our car back on the road. We need to get our car registered, car insurance reinstated, and some basic repairs, which should cost about $750 all together. This is one of our most important needs so we can get Alicia back and forth to the doctors, and to the hospital in Allentown when baby Charlotte arrives. I also need this to ensure I will be able to get back and forth from the hospital to care for our daughter Ava, while Alicia is healing from her C-section and evaluated for the next plan of action for care for her conditions. Charlotte will also need to spend at least a week, possibly longer, in the NICU, so we are needing to ensure we can pay the small hotel fee for Alicia to be able to stay close to her. We are fortunate that with the generosity of a program through the hospital, this is only $15 per night, but we are unsure of exactly how long Alicia will need to stay. If only for the week, this will cost about $105. We are having a very hard time getting any financial assistance or funding to help with any of these things. We are not the type to ask for any kind of help, but we are really in a bad position where we cannot get out on our own. Any type of help or donations would be greatly appreciated to help our family get back on our feet. We can not again express our gratitude and love for you all and your help in our time if need.
