Hi, I’m Rachel and I’m raising funds for my dear friend Ali—a loving mom of three young girls—who was recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.

In April 2025, Ali—just six months postpartum—received the devastating news that her breast cancer had returned and spread to her spine, bones, and lymph nodes. At only 46 years old, Ali now faces a terminal diagnosis, all while working and raising her children.

Ali is a single mom to:

• Hannah (8)

• Amea (3)

• Hazel (9 months)

Her children are her world. She’s determined to do everything she can to stay with them as long as possible.

Her Diagnosis

• Stage 4 breast cancer (metastatic)

• BRCA2 genetic mutation

• Spread to bones (spine, shoulder, head) and lymph nodes

• 5-year life expectancy (median) – but Ali is determined to live as long as possible for her girls.

Her Treatment Plan

Ali’s treatment combines oncologist-prescribed medications with integrative therapies including:

• Kisqali

• Letrozole

• Mistletoe therapy

• Acupuncture

• Physiotherapy

• Dietary modifications

She’s completed 5 days of radiation to manage pain and slow the spread and has had her ovaries removed in order to be eligible for certain medications.
