Please help Ahsen Ishtiaq with University Fees

I hope this message finds you well.

My cousin, Ahsen Ishtiaq, 23, is seeking help towards his university tuition fees. His parents are unable to support his studies as they are currently unemployed and having a difficult time making ends meet. His family reside in Saudi Arabia and as he has dependant status the regulations do not allow him to work. Ahsen was therefore unable to fund his further studies in the last 5 years thus halting his ambition of progressing his education at University.

Ahsen is a bright and intelligent student and due to his excellent A- and O-Level results he recently received admission to study BASc Cybersecurity at Lone Star College, Texas, USA. Our family has managed to support him enough to pay for his relocation and first-semester tuition fees but, unfortunately we are not able to support him further. Currently, he is working part-time but that is not enough to sustain a living. He is only allowed to work 20 hours a week on his F1 status.

Therefore, we are looking for help so that he can continue his studies and achieve his life goals and ambitions. Any help would be highly appreciated.
