I just want to thank the overwhelming support everyone is giving, I can't wait until he sees it when he wakes up.

A few years ago, after moving to a new state, and new job, I was able to be introduced to Adrian Vintila simply by being co-workers. It didn't take me long to realize that we would be friends forever, and through a bunch of random events I feel extremely blessed to have ever crossed paths with him.
His story is one of a kind and I don't know anyone else in the world yet that has been through so much hardships and struggles as he has, alone in another country with no family or friends to turn to for help, and yet is able to always be upbeat, happy, and keep the biggest smile on his face. The kind of selfless person who would rather go hungry himself so someone else in need could eat. Its a rarity these days to instantly know after meeting a person like Adrian, that he is an amazing person down to the core. In our short history as friends he has already showed more times than I can count, that he is always willing to surrender the little he has if it would help making someone elses life easier.
After working his job on Sunday night, he left to his apartment 20-25 minutes away a little after midnight. The road is for the most part a straight cruise most of the way, at some point he must of closed his eyes for a second, and then when he opened them he was in a hospital bed, with no clue what happened, and no family in the country to be there for him. When his eyes first closed, he drifted across the lanes off the road and straight into a tree. He was thankfully noticed quickly and after the jaws of life freed him, was transported by helicopter to the nearest hospital in critical condition. The highway had to be closed for over an hour before it was reopened again.
After waking up to the news of what happened, I frantically tried to get more information and my questions went unanswered for what felt like days, but in reality was less than an hour. I finally got news that he was able to survive a crash that when you see the picture you would probably think that there was no possible way the driver ever lived. I know he is a person who would never give up on life and fight as long and hard as he has too. He is the hardest working, most dedicated person I know, and he isn't the kind of person that would ever ask for help from anyone no matter how much he could need it.

Currently Adrian is in the hospital awaiting surgeries and unable to have vistors because of a positive Covid test at the hospital, which they are trying to determine if its just leftover from his positive test in April after going overseas to see his family.

Adrian is a Casino dealer by trade, and I know he considers his coworkers at Boston Billards Casino his family. I can't even begin to think how hard his road to recovery is going to be, but I know he will overcome everything. I am asking for help to make this recovery easier for him, because I know he wouldn't ask for help himself. I just ask that anyone is able to contribute any amount they can do without. Every single penny will help him that much more. Next time you go to spend money on something that you maybe don't really need, you postpone it instead and use the money to help Adrian, amazing person that if he knew you or anyone else needed help, would instantly donate anything he could.
