Please help adam to overcome cancer

I am asking for help for Adam Magle.  Adam is 23 years old and he is fighting against a rare cancer called Ewings Sarcoma Cancer. It's a rare cancer at his age, more common in younger children. It's even more rare that it's growing on his backbone which has stopped him from working, even walking. Where it's growing has made it inoperable and is growing very quickly. He currently can't work and has no disability insurance. The donations will be used for radiation treatments and expensive medical bills. My son and I for any help you can give,  just to take him to the hospital is 4 hours away one way. I can not thank you enough for your help in this tough crisis. Thank you
