Please help a local hero and his family

Donation protected
My name is Mary Ann Dineen. I lost my husband in December. I thought that I was completely prepared for Hurricane Ian. New generator, food, etc. Hurricane Ian was a monster that took us by surprise. My daughter and her boyfriend, two cats and a dog were under siege by the rising waters, and we thought we were safe in the loft of the house until a neighbor's propane tank lodged underneath our damaged garage door and started filling up our home with gas. We had to evacuate into a canoe for over 2 hours until we were saved by my grandchildren and their father, Kevin Ott. He saved us by launching a boat at the end of the street. He battled 150-mile-an-hour winds and water surges up to 10 feet to get to us but also saved several neighbors. So many of us owe our lives to him; however, even though he has been deemed a local hero and has had several media interviews, he has neglected to let everyone know that their home was destroyed during the hurricane and he and the children have been living at his marine business, Seminole Marine. Please help his family rebuild as he has helped several others. The link to the video telling the rescue video can be seen at NBC-2.com or you may google Kevin Ott in Fort Myers, FL. Thank you for your support.
