Please help a family dealing with heartbreaking news

I have created this account with the aim of supporting a family, our friends, who have been hit with the most horrific blow that they could have been served as a family. Last month, Erica received the terrible news that her youngest daughter, Destiny (11), had cancer.

After being admitted to the hospital, she went through an operation to remove the mass in the top of her spine and into her spinal cord. Initially, the operation was successful and the hope was that Destiny would make a recovery, however, a biopsy of the tissue revealed a more aggressive form of cancer than originally expected. Along with this terrible news came an even more earth shattering prognosis that they expected she only had 12 months left to live, leaving the family heartbroken. Shortly after getting this horrific news Destiny took a turn for the worse and was sent for another MRI scan and as a result, a second tumor was found on her brain. The original plan of using radiotherapy to extend Destiny's life is now no longer possible and their beautiful 11 year old daughter has been moved to a facility to support with her end of life care

If I could wave a magic wand and make this right, I would. I can't do that, but what I can do is ask for your support! Can you help a family through this tremendously difficult time with a small donation to help with their living costs and support the financial burden that is yet to come. Both Erica and Nathan have been unable to work since this diagnosis due to being in the hospital every day. Erica has a permanent job but hasn't been there long enough for any type of sick pay and Nathan lost his job as he was only in a trial period when he needed to take the time off. I'm sure you will agree, they have more important things to worry about just now, but the bills will build up and become another battle they have to face after going through the worst situation a parent could ever face.
