Please give this young, abandoned bunny a chance at life
Donation protected
About a week ago, we found a domestic chocolate bunny. He is a young, 4-month-old little boy. Unfortunately, I could tell right away that there was something wrong with a back leg. I have since taken him to two vets who were able to confirm he has a broken tibia. The two options from both vets are to amputate or put him down. I struggle with putting him down because he is so very young, very affectionate, and besides the leg, very healthy.
The price for amputation is a little over $1,000. I have already spent $400 on his vet bills to diagnose him, provide fluids, and a splint plus pain medications. I would very much like to save this bunny but I could sure use some assistance with the medical bills.
We recently lost our pet bunny and were not ready to take on another. So, I would be happy to gift him to someone once he has had the surgery and is healed. If no one wants him, I do promise that he will still live a good life with me, my husband, and our menagerie of other pets.
I would be happy to continue to share his journey back to health also for anyone who is generous enough to assist. No amount is too small and I thank you in advance for any assistance you may be able to offer.
Hey there! I recently found a sweet, young bunny who needs our help—he has a broken leg and faces some tough choices. Every little donation can make a huge difference in giving him a chance at life, so if you're able, please consider clicking the link below to donate or sharing it with others who might help. Thank you so much for your kindness!
