Help Jake Get Life-Changing Medical Care

Hi, I’m Craig Wolf. Many of you know me from my years in local television news. But today I’m reaching out as a dad.

My 27-year-old son Jake is battling two complex, debilitating conditions: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). These disorders affect nearly every part of his body—his joints, heart rate, digestion, and nervous system.

Jake used to be full of life—but today, it’s daily and often extreme pain. Even standing up can cause his heart to race dangerously. Most of his energy goes to managing pain and symptoms that even some doctors don’t fully understand, especially with a recent diagnosis of autism as part of his health issues.

We’ve exhausted the traditional medical system. The treatments that are actually helping—like prolotherapy, neuromuscular physiotherapy and other specialized care—aren’t supported by insurance. They’re expensive and ongoing.

That’s why I’m asking for your help. Your donation will help cover:

• Out-of-pocket medical treatments

• Medical equipment and adaptive tools

• Supplements and therapies that ease his symptoms.
