THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR DONORS!!!!

Update June 19, 2020 - OLFCA School Board is pleased to announce that outside donations have allowed us to meet our fundraising goal.  We are truly appreciative of all the donations we have received and the tremendous amount of support our school has received.  This GoFundMe page will continue to accept donations until June 25, 2020, in case there are any individuals who would still like to contribute.  Any funds over our original goal amount will be used for the benefit of the school and the students and will be overseen by the school board

Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Academy (OLFCA) Fundraising Campaigns were Hit Hard by the Pandemic

OLFCA faces an urgent need to raise  $140,000 by June 25, 2020.

This amount represents our 2020-21 academic year fundraising goal. This will ensure the Academy's financial stability and guarantee that our doors remain open to welcome students in the upcoming school year.

Like all private schools that must stretch school dollars, we have always had a fundraising component to balance our school budget.  As the pandemic may be with us for months to come, we are required to meet our 2020-21 budget by June 25, 2020.

For more than 50 years, OLFCA has supported the local community—NOW we need the community’s help! Your generous donations are appreciated.

A small, traditional Catholic school, OLFCA has been a fixture in Wilton, Norwalk, and the surrounding communities—providing students with a firm foundation of academic rigor, spiritual nourishment, and moral rectitude, and supporting a variety of causes, town events, and good works throughout its history.

Any donation, no matter how small, is a help.  If we reach our goal, your funds will be applied to our 2020-2021 school year.  If the total donation goal is not met, all donations will be returned.

If you prefer to give directly, check donations made out to “Fatima Faith Fund” will be accepted at the school or parish rectory located at 225 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT OR the school’s Venmo @OurLadyofFatima-CatholicAcadem and reference “Fatima COVID Fund”.

Hours for drop off donations are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at the school or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the parish office.  OLFCA is a 501(c)(3) organization. Your donation is very much appreciated and a letter for federal tax deduction purposes can be provided.

Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Academy thanks you for your support.

If OLFCA meets its fundraising goal by June 25, 2020, the funds will be deposited into the OLFCA Operating Bank Account that is solely intended to support the functioning of the school and educational development of its students.  If we do not meet our fundraising goal by that date the funds will be returned to donors.

This fundraiser was organized by Elizabeth Halpin, OLFCA School Board Treasurer.   Elizabeth will work with Principal of OLFCA, Stanley Steele, to transfer the GoFundMe donations into the school bank account.  Funds will be spent on the OLFCA operating expenses that have been set in the 2020-2021 school budget.  Funds spent on any expenditures outside of the budget will require school board approval.
