Hello My name is Andre Hines and I am a divorced father of three young boys, who recently had a non cancerous mass removed from my colon occurring on Feb 9 2024. I am a physical therapist who waived short term disability during open enrollment (yes kicking myself) and now about to have another surgery due to a partial bowel obstruction near the original Colectomy site. I am requesting funds to assist with overages of first surgery and now cost associated with the second surgery in addition to living expenses while I’m off work without pay.
