Please help us give Kevin a holiday

Hi everyone, my name is Kate and I’m married to a beautiful man called Kevin, who is the love of my life.

In October 22 our lives changed forever when Kevin was diagnosed with stage four Bowel Cancer that had metastasised to his lungs.

He started chemo and he lost 37 kg in three months. The chemo did not agree with him so he had to stop it. He did some radiation therapy for the lung spots. He also had his lung drained of 2.5 litres of fluid that was making him struggle to breath and was causing unbearable pain.

He is now back on another type of chemotherapy which seems to be going okay.

But Kevin is tired, stressed, scared of dying. His mood is low and I would love to be able to take him on an amazing holiday somewhere in Australia.

We have not had a holiday for years and I would love for him to be able to have one last holiday somewhere absolutely fantastic.

I appreciate absolutely anything, that is donated. My heart is breaking and I am terrified of losing my darling husband.

I would love to create some new memories while we are relaxed and don’t have to worry about treatment for a couple of weeks.
