Your donation to this fundraiser will provide our friend Tracy with much needed trauma therapy in dealing with a loss so unimaginable that it’s hard to even put into words.

In the chaos of early 2020, Tracy’s daughter was brutally murdered by her housemates. They hid her body for over a week while the family desperately searched for her.

Months before this happened the world was seeing the beginning of the pandemic - Tracy had just opened her award-winning cafe in February and was immediately forced to close. She reopened in May and the business was stronger than ever when in August the unimaginable happened.

It’s been three since the death of her daughter. Tracy has been to 10 hearings to bring her daughter’s killers to justice.

Three years have passed and the trial date is finally here. Tracy has held herself together during these years with varying support…anyone would struggle to hold themselves together at all under the same circumstances. She’s had to endure too much… The murder of her daughter - her funeral held over zoom because of covid, the pandemic, the closing of her business, the end of a decade long relationship because of the stress of it all. It’s time that she feels truly supported so that she can focus on continuing her healing journey as the trial grows closer.
