Please Help Tommy Trinh Get Back On His Feet

Donation protected
My name is Andy Trinh, Tommy's brother. Some of you may have already interacted with me through Tommy's cell phone and have been made aware of Tommy's current situation and condition. For those of you who haven't been made aware, I have been reluctant to publicly share the details since it's such a personal and private matter but I feel this is the best way I can help Tommy, aside from being by his side daily to provide the strength and moral support he needs. Tommy has recently suffered a traumatic accident that left him with severe 2nd-degree burns on over 31% of his body. He is still currently hospitalized at UCSD Medical Center and is fighting every day to get better, to recover, to get back on his feet, and to serve his hairdressing community. Admittedly, the healing process has been slow and at times the pain has been so excruciating for Tommy that he prefers a quick end to this suffering. It's devastating to see and hear someone you care and love go through such physical, mental and psychological trauma. The sense of helplessness weighs on our spirits.

I am reaching out to everyone in hopes of gathering enough support from his family, friends, clients, even strangers who are willing to contribute even just a little to help him rebuild his life. Tommy has lost all his belongings in the apartment explosion, has no home to go back to after he leaves the hospital, has one injured cat named Diesel, who's staying with a friend, and another cat named Max that did not make it out alive. I understand times are tough right now for many people, but if you or someone you know can spare some change to help Tommy out, the Trinh family will deeply appreciate the generosity. It will be a long road ahead for Tommy to get to full recovery but with everyone's prayers and support, he will be encouraged to know that he won't have to do it alone.

Please share this gofundme page with your friends and family to help spread awareness and raise the necessary funds to get him back to a life that resembles some sort of normalcy. Below is a link to the news coverage of the tragic accident that happened:
