Hello everyone!

We are launching a GoFundMe to help support our ongoing research and monitoring of Yukon’s wild horses.

Our goal is to expand our research efforts in order to better understand and protect these horses. We would like to gather more data on their movements, behaviors, and habitat use.

Right now, our top priorities are:

1. A new video camera (our current one is failing) to document behaviors and environmental conditions

2. Expenses such as more batteries and SD cards for our trail cams. If possible, we would also like to reimburse some of the gas expenses incurred by our Field Crew, so going out regularly to check the trail cams does not become financially burdensome for them. Gas is expensive in the Yukon!

We’re hoping to raise $4,000 to cover these costs. We know times are tough, and we appreciate any support, whether it’s a donation or sharing our fundraiser.

By collecting accurate data, we can advocate for better protections and ensure these incredible wild horses are recognized and safeguarded for future generations.

These horses deserve to live wild and free, without fear or harassment, and with your help, we can continue this important work.
