Hi, my name is Kim De Bernardi, and I am organizing this Go Fund Me to help my best friend of 30 years who was just diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. It has spread to two of her lymph nodes. This is an aggressive type of breast cancer, so she has a big fight in store for her. Her treatment will start with 6 months of chemotherapy and immunotherapy, followed by surgery and then radiation. She just started a new job at West County Transportation Agency, and she is devastated because she loves her job, but probably won't be able to work a lot during treatment. This is going to make things difficult financially. Tessa is the kindest, hardworking, loving and loyal person you could ever know. She always helps other people and puts others above herself-ALWAYS! Please help me honor what a great person Tessa is by donating what you can to assist Tessa with finances during this very difficult time.
