Aloha we are the Aguiar Ohana made up of his family, extended family and friends of Robert "Bobby" Aguiar.

Our dad, brother and dear friend has recently suffered a major stroke which needed him to be airlifted to Queens hospital on Oahu to get the life saving procedures to reverse the effects of the stroke. Unfortunately, those measures could not be taken in the window of opportunity for it to work. That said, he has a long journey ahead of him to making a recovery.

He is a very humble and caring person. He will literally go out of his way to help others and expect nothing in return. If you know him, you know this is a fact to be true.

He has always been an active person, always planning or working on projects with friends and others who seek him out for his insight and thoughts.

Because of this stroke, his life has come to a halt.

This brings us here, Bobby will need structural changes to his home, home health care and rehabilitation therapies and rehabilitation equipment for him to use at home to help him get back to his independent life. Unfortunately we all know medical insurance only goes so far and we find ourselves reaching out to all of you in the hope that we as a community of family, friends and neighbors can see him thrive as he has done for countless people in his community.
