Hi, my name is Lynsey and I'm fundraising to help my son achieve a dream. Rhys is currently studying medicine in UCD and is in 5th year with one more year to graduate. He hopes to become a Trauma Surgeon. He has been given the opportunity to study under a very prestigious Trauma-Plastics Surgeon in King's College Hospital London for 5 weeks this summer. Unfortunately this is completely self funded. We have exhausted every avenue to secure funding but to no avail. Now I'm asking for your help so that Rhys can take up this amazing opportunity. He needs to pay for flights, accommodation for 5 weeks and money to live on whilst he's there and we all know London is expensive!
