Ray Wimbush has caddied for generations of members and their guests alike at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club for nearly 40 years. Ray’s ability to read greens from any location, to memorably engage with his golfer during a round, and to crack a joke is second to none. Ray has always gone above and beyond to provide assistance to anyone in need-on or off the golf course. However, Ray has recently suffered from certain health conditions which prevented his annual return to Shinnecock for the 2023 season. As such, his brethren of caddies has established this GoFund Me Page to help Ray and his wife meet their daily living expenses until such time as Ray returns to the Shinnecock Hills.
