My name is Yzy and I have made this fundraiser as my mum was diagnosed and going through her head and neck cancer treatment during lockdown, started losing her hair, was terrified of losing it all and we were all terrified of losing her- luckily she made it through, the doctors were amazing, and she didn't lose her hair, but not everyone is so lucky. Both male and females are scared of losing their hair, and I had said I'd join her if she did so she didn't have to do it alone, and I didn't have to do that, so the next best thing I can do is donate my hair! (To shoulder length, sorry folks, no Britney moment, I've grown it long enough- measured the other day and hopefully can get a full 12" chopped!!)

Did you know it takes like 12 ponytails for 1 wig?! If you have excess hair and fancy doing the same, they need all the help they can get!! Some charities accept from as little as 8".
