Hi everyone, my name is Melissa and I am creating this go fund me for our family friend, Rafael. Rafael was recently jumped when he was walking home at night to his apartment. He was jumped so badly he lost an eye. As a lot of people know, he is a tree climber but, unfortunately, he wont be able to work until he completely recovers and loosing and eye is completely life-changing. Everyone knew Rafa as a playful/funny guy. He was always the clown of the group and everyone was always laughing when he was around. My dad, Chuy, refers to him as his teacher. Everyone knows that Chuy is really good at what he does and Rafa had a huge part in that. He introduced Chuy into the tree business many years ago and taught he almost everything he knows.
