My name is Don, and I live in San Clemente, CA. I have fallen on hard times.

For background purposes, I have lived here since 1988, and have always been able to make ends meet. Unfortunately, that ended at the end of the year last year.

I spent over a decade in the Marines as an Infantry Officer, and have been in sales since my honorable discharge in 1993.

I have worked in Tax Resolution sales, SaaS sales, Website and Online Marketing sales, and Financial Sales. I was laid off at the end of June, and during that time have been seeking a career, but this economy finds them few and far between. I am also older, so there is an age discrimination issue also.

Things are looking up in the job department, and I have some opportunities coming up, but they don't start until May.

I live by myself with my cat. I haven't been able to meet the rent for this year, and need to ask for the kindness of big-hearted people to help. I am on the verge of eviction by my landlord.
