Please donate to help my Dad for medical bills

Hi, my name is Brandon and I am fundraising for my Dad, John Cummo. He was diagnosed with an extremely rare and incurable blood disorder called myelofibrosis in 2016. Due to the progression of the disease, he now needs a bone marrow transplant. Thankfully, I have been typed and am a match for the transplant, so I will most likely be the donor.

Prior to the transplant, John Hopkins requires that he have a full-time caretaker who could watch my Dad post-transplant for at least 60 days. However, this cost is not covered by Medicaid or the hospital and we could not obtain grants for this. Without the transplant, my Dad's disease will progress. This bone marrow transplant is my Dad's only hope to beat this disease. This fundraiser will cover the caretaking costs for my Dad recovery care. Thank you so much for your generosity!
