Hello my name is Brett, I’m reaching out in the midst of an unimaginable tragedy. On January 4 my best friend Mike was called to come home from work to find out that the cottage he lived in was on fire. When he arrived home he found the fire department emptying his belongings on the grass while still trying to put out embers that were still smoldering.

In this emergency, we urgently seek your support through donations to assist Mike. In this event he has lost things like, clothes, shoes, bed, couch, tv, photos, climbing gear, chameleons, fish and all his personal belongings inside his cottage due to the fire or smoke damage. We will be trying to replace essential belongings and secure a temporary place for him to live until we try and rebuild his home on our own to cut cost in the coming year.
