Hi I am Shannon, an artist from Byron Bay. Unfortunately I have been set with the greatest challenge of my life. Healing my body of cancer. I have been diagnosed with stage two hormonal breast cancer. Following the suggestion of some incredibly supportive friends I have decided to set up this go fund me. So I am reaching out for help.

I am doing everything in my power to avoid surgery, chemo, radiation and hormone therapy. I have struggled with my health for more than 15 years after I picked up a parracite traveling. A dr gave me antibiotics way too strong for my body, they were like a nuclear bomb for my microbiome and made me violently ill. Since then, I saw countless Drs, arevedic paractioners, Natropaths, molecular biologists, tropical medical specialists, psychics, Irridologists etc and spent thousands and thousands trying to repair my health. I have chosen to do everything in my power to heal myself with treatments that don’t compromise my emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. I don’t want to go backwards only forwards. Unfortunately mainstream health is offering me what I perceive to be incredibly invasive and toxic and will compromised my long term health. In Australia I have found alternative treatment clinics to seem to be hellbent on bankrupting me and capitalising on peoples misfortunate situations. So I can only conclude that it really will take money to empower my choices right now. I have already spent thousands on trying to educate, treat and be overseen by professionals after my diagnosis and taken extensive time off work. I’m just watching my life savings disappear. There is no way around me needing at least 6 more months off any kind of strenuous work and focusing almost completely on my healing. I am in the middle of attempting an extended water fasting, have lost 13kgs and am utterly exhausted. I have chosen to take responsibility for my own health and unfortunately this path takes a huge amount of time, energy and money.

I estimated that to just initially try hyperthermia and IV vitamin therapy as an additional treatment to any primary treatment in Australia will cost $10,000 and then the ongoing cost if it works. I have been reccomended to continue any treatment that works for one year after getting an all clear of cancer.

I also believe it could be very supportive to go to recommend clinics overseas where I have found they offer a broader variety of approaches or more affordable long term treatment. Of course none of these kind of treatments are covered by Medicare or insurance.

Even a very small amount collectively can add up to a huge help for me right now. I don’t think I can do this alone. I don’t know what exact treatment I will follow right now, or how long this will take, I can only learn as much as I can, try things and follow what works. So I am asking, if you in any way feel inspired to contribute to supporting me I would be incredibly grateful and it would be the greatest aid I could ever recieve for my healing ❤️
