Hi, my name is Keren and I’m fundraising for my Friend Jazmin. She is a lover of all animals especially her neighborhood cats. She feeds and has taken in many to make them indoor kitties getting them spay/neutered and vaccinated.

On Saturday tragedy struck. She found her beloved black kitty Lucas underneath her car. She thought he had been hit by a car he couldn’t move his back legs. She rushed him to the emergency hospital where after X-rays she was informed that he had a bullet lodged near his spine. They told her they could perform surgery to remove it but the cost would be $3000, which she can’t afford. She paid the $500 for the exam, X-rays and pain meds to buy Lucas time to find a more affordable vet.

She has an appointment tomorrow morning (Monday 25) to see if the doctor can perform the surgery at Kinder4Rescue. She hasn’t been able to get a quote but it looks like after everything it might be $2300+.
